2010-11 Beth El Youth Education Registration Step 1 & Deposit
Please complete this entire form by July 1, 2010, for all children you wish to register. It should take about 15 minutes to fill out. Page 1 is general information and page 2 is child specific. Please do not hit the back button, it will forget all the information you have already entered. Please select the number of children you are registering on this option to be able to give us child specific information.
This is step 1 of youth education registration. When you finish filling out this form, you will receive a link to our Permanent Release, Code of Conduct, Parent Participation & snack forms.
You must pay a deposit of $100.00 per child to register online. You must enter the # of children you are registering in the box to the right or you will not have the opportunity to register multiple children.
This deposit counts toward your tuition. You do not have to pay your full tuition at this time but you can by selecting one of the options below.
Final tuition payments are due by September 1, 2010. To set up payment plans, please contact our accounting office 510-848-3988 ext. 210.

Youth Group Membership
Sign your child up to be a member of their youth group. The Beth El Youth Groups are Ruach! 4th/5th graders only, Sababa - 6th-8th graders only, and BEY - 9th-12th graders only. Youth groups are driven by programs students create for each other. It is informal time for students to hang out with friends, explore their Judaism, and to get involved in the community. This $18 membership fee is an essential part of the youth group budgets. Members receive discounts on admission to events throughout the course of the year. |
