DogEvolve requires new clients to complete this form before scheduling Behavior Consultations or Private Training Sessions.
The fee for a Certified Trainer to come to your home or other location to work with you and your dog is $100/hour. The intake session is generally 1.5 hours and follow-up sessions are 1 hour.
