PLEASE READ the following policies: 
PAYMENT for classes must be secured when registering your child. ONLINE PAYMENT by credit card is the preferred method of payment. You will receive an email from confirming your credit card payment has been received. CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER. IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE THAT NOTICE, YOUR PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE.
If you cannot pay online, please EMAIL US IMMEDIATELY ( TO INFORM US YOU WILL PAY BY CHECK (payable to FASF, note your child's name, room #, & the class you are paying for, and leave it in the locked PTA DROP BOX in the Alamo office with "FASF ASE" on the outside of the envelope). 
If we do not receive payment from you within 3 school days of registering, your child's registration may be dropped. Please inform us of any changes or problems promptly by email (, so that we can administer these classes fairly for the entire Alamo community.

If a class has SOLD OUT, PUT YOUR STUDENT ON THE WAITING LIST by emailing with your child's name, room#, class desired, and your phone number. The waiting list order is determined by the date/time the request is received.
