Heartbreak Bootcamp
Starting the first week of March for 6 weeks. One hour 40 minutes of bootcamp. Group limited to 8. Please specify what days you are available from 7:00 to 8:45.
Right now we definitely have groups on Tuesday and Thursday but if you are available other nights or on the weekend, please note that.
On Saturdays the group will be 10 am to 11:45, however we don't yet know if we have enough for this group.
Please let us know what your order of preference is and what nights you absolutely cannot make. Everyone will be informed of what group they are in the second week of February.
