Hands-on design exercises are provided (bring your calculator). Cost comparison exercises between various collection systems are made by using actual bid tabulations and life cycle costs. Weather permitting, a field trip is included, lead by Terry Bounds, P.E., to a community served by an effluent sewer for the past 30 years.

Sessions are taught by experienced contractors and Engineering Technicians who have commissioned AdvanTex® systems across North America. Includes discussion of important components and system areas where errors are commonly made that make system start-up and operation difficult. Also includes an interactive session with AdvanTex® operators from around the country to help share experience and procedures that make systems operate effectively and efficiently with minimal effort. An afternoon session on TCOM control panels is offered as part of this workshop.
