In the tradition of Courage to Lead®, this series of dinner gatherings will provide rich opportunities to step out of the fray of school leadership in these challenging times and reflect on what’s most important to our professional selves. This is an opportunity to nourish the soul of leadership with facilitated reflections and conversations that matter, good food and good company. The intent is that we leave more refreshed and encouraged than when we arrive, with new skills to navigate the complex territory of our work and lives. Sessions will explore managing polarities and paradox, setting healthy boundaries, wise use of power, caring for self while caring for others, leading from within, working effectively with adults in different developmental stages, and exploring Immunity to Change (our own and others – based on the work of Robert Kegan and Lisa Lahey)
